At Reiki Lanzarote, I have a deep respect and admiration for ancestral wisdom and for all the teachings I have received from my teachers throughout my journey. I strive to apply these teachings with the utmost care, consistency, and responsibility, always in harmony with our environment and Mother Earth. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to accompany people during different moments in their lives, offering them light and energy.
I firmly believe in integral well-being, where body, mind, and spirit are in perfect harmony. My therapies will not only help you relax and relieve tension but are also designed to regulate and improve your emotional health.

En Reiki Lanzarote, tengo un profundo respeto y admiración por la sabiduría ancestral y por todas las enseñanzas que he recibido de mis maestros a lo largo de mi camino. I am Iker Nafta, a passionate holistic therapist with a solid background in various disciplines, including humanistic psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapy, body-oriented therapy, energy therapies, body therapies, and shamanic practices, among others.
Of all the therapeutic tools I use, Reiki stands out as one of the most versatile and effective. I trained in Usui Reiki in the beautiful Patagonia of Argentina over 8 years ago, and since then, my techniques have evolved alongside me. Currently, I integrate the power of volcanic stones through kinesiology, which further enriches my sessions.
With over 15 years dedicated to my own personal growth and supporting others on their journey, I am committed to providing a safe and transformative space for all my clients.

Soy Iker Nafta, un apasionado terapeuta holístico con una sólida formación en diversas disciplinas, incluyendo la psicoterapia humanista, la terapia con enfoque de trauma, la terapia psicocorporal, las terapias energéticas, las terapias corporales y las prácticas chamánicas, entre otras.
De todas las herramientas terapéuticas que utilizo, el Reiki se destaca como una de las más versátiles y efectivas. Me formé en Reiki Usui en la hermosa Patagonia Argentina hace más de 8 años, y desde entonces, mis técnicas han evolucionado junto a mí. Actualmente, integro el poder de las piedras volcánicas a través de la kinesología, lo que enriquece aún más mis sesiones.
